RETURN POLICY

Customer service is our satisfaction pledge to you! Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly remedy the situation subject to the following conditions:

Making a Return with a receipt

All returns must be accompanied by a receipt and be in new/unused condition. Merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase will be returned as follows:

Cash purchases under $50 will be
refunded with cash. Personal check purchases will be refunded by a company check issued by
Litehouse Pools & Spas corporate office
fourteen (14) days from the check date. Cash and personal check purchases over $50 will be refunded by a company check issued by Litehouse Pools & Spas corporate office. Credit and debit card purchases may be
credited to the original card and card owner only.

In-store merchandise credits may be
issued at the company’s option.

Merchandise returned after 30 days with receipt may be issued an in-store merchandise credit only.

Making a Return without a Reciept

Litehouse Pools & Spas merchandise returned without a receipt may be issued an in-store merchandise credit. The credit will be issued for the lowest sale price on the returned item over the past 12 months.

Defective Merchandise

A receipt must accompany defective
merchandise in order to obtain an
exchange or refund.

Litehouse Pools & Spas honors all
applicable warranties from the original date
of purchase.

Replacement items/parts maintain the warranty
from the original date of purchase.

For the safety of you and your family, we do not accept returns on chemicals. All chemical purchases are final sale. No returns on heaters. All heaters are final sale. Merchandise that has been delivered, used, or removed from the original packaging will be subject to a restocking charge of 15%. No refunds will be given on delivery or installation fees. Pick-up and return fees may apply.
