Remove and fold cover
Remove all plugs and gizmos and antifreeze jugs
Install all baskets and eyeballs
Install handrails and ladders
Clean coping, skimmers, and step area
Hook filter system backup
Brush down the walls of the pool
Fill the chemical feeder with chemicals provided by the homeowner
Start the system and check for leaks
Put the solar cover back on the reel and place it by the pool
Clean up around pool area
Hose off the deck area
The start-up chemicals are included in the pricing.
WEEKLY MAINTENANCE
includes the following:
• Check filter systems and hose off cartridge if needed
• Brush down walls and steps
• Skim the top of the pool with a net
• Clean out skimmer baskets
• Clean out pump baskets if needed
• Test and adjust water with chemicals provided by the homeowner
• Check inventory of chemicals
BI-WEEKLY MAINTENANCE
includes the following:
• Check filter systems and hose off cartridge if needed
• Brush down walls and steps
• Skim the top of the pool with a net
• Clean out skimmer baskets
• Clean out pump baskets if needed
• Spot vacuum the pool as needed (not the entire pool)
• Test and adjust water with chemicals provided by the homeowner
• Check inventory of chemicals
Inground Pool Closing Services
Drain pump and filter tank
Remove skimmer basket and return eyeballs
Winterize filter system and plumbing
Drain and clean filter tank
Blow out heater (if applicable)
Antifreeze all lines (includes up to 4 gallons of antifreeze)
Turn breaker off to system for winter
Remove all ladders and handrails
Winterize steps
Cover pool with owner’s cover
Place pool components where owner requests (on-site only)
Includes shock, Maintain and PhosFree

*Extra chemical use for green/dirty pools will be an additional charge.
*Additional $25 for pools larger than 16’ X 32’
*Additional $100 for vacuuming netting per half hour (must be scheduled in advance)
