To primarily be responsible for helping incoming customers with all of their product needs with an acumen to upsell and ask for the sale. These tasks will include but not be limited to:
Providing excellent customer service to all customers
Answer questions about all products
Ability to work retail hours in a fun environment
Ability to effectively follow up with customers
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn POS System
Possess above average communication skills; both verbal and written as well as good organizational skills.
POOL OR HOT TUB SERVICE TECHNICIAN
