The tubes can be filled with water through the valve and then placed on top of your cover and/or through the provided securing straps on most inground winter covers. Constructed of heavy duty vinyl for long life and durability. Dual cell construction prevents the “rolling’ that occurs with standard single cell tubes, leaving your cover unsecured.
